We\u2019ve recently delved into Hilma af Klint\u2019s art of spiritual abstraction \u2013 but she was always an artist that followed her own rules.<\/p>\n One of Hilma af Klint\u2019s best known series was the Swan Series. <\/em>This includes works such as The Swan, No 3, Group IX<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>Their bold monochromatic design is highly symbolic whilst remaining figurative.
