Abstract Art is a very broad term which can be used to describe art that takes its subject from the real world, but in a stylized form, represented by Impressionism, Expressionism and Cubism, and all the later genres that followed these movements.

I love the painting, it's an excellent reproduction with the colors as close to the original as I remember it. As a modern piece I appreciate that they were able to capture some of they heavy texturing of the original--which I imagine is hard to do--and ...
