Eric Enstrom was a Swedish American photographer of the 19th and 20th century, famous for one photograph that he took in his studio of a poor American peddler, Charles Wilden. The image is known as “Grace” and shows Wilden praying over a simple meal.
The original photograph was in black and white, taken in about 1920, and Enstrom’s daughter later colored the photo and it this colored image which has become well-known.
