As soon as your painting is dry it will be shipped to you. We ship via FedEx or DHL. Both companies have online tracking and as soon as your airway bill number is available, this will be placed on your Tracking Profile, so that you can check the delivery progress of your painting online. To track the status of your order please go to track order page and enter your email address.
We work very hard to ensure that your painting reaches you in perfect condition.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your standard catalogue painting, please email within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the painting and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
As soon as we have received your email we will contact you to provide you with all the information you require to return the painting to us.
