You can order your painting securely online or contact us for personal assistance.

Select your painting and preferred size, add any painted border option, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, and payments are processed securely through our online payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete credit card details.

We create your tracking information after processing your order. Enter your complete order number on our Track Order page to see the latest update.

All order numbers include the prefix OR-. Please enter the entire reference exactly as shown in your order confirmation, without spaces before or after it.

Once your painting ships, we will add the FedEx or DHL air waybill number so you can track delivery directly with the carrier.

We require a minimum of 21 days to complete any painting, subject to its size, the techniques required, and the natural drying time of the oil paint.

We have more than 40,000 paintings in our catalog, each available in multiple sizes. It is therefore impossible for us to hold finished paintings in stock, and every painting is individually completed to order.

Your painting will be shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready for stretching and framing locally. Free international shipping is included.

Once your painting is completely dry, it is carefully removed from the temporary stretcher bars, rolled, and securely packed for international delivery. Shipping the canvas rolled protects it and avoids the substantial additional cost of transporting a stretched or framed painting.

A gallery wrap allows your painting to be displayed without an external frame after the canvas has been stretched locally.

We add approximately 7.5 cm (just under 3 inches) of surplus canvas around the painted image. Depending on the option you select, this additional canvas can be left natural, painted white or black, color-matched, or painted as a continuation of the composition.

All paintings are shipped rolled. The gallery wrap option refers to the painted border supplied for your local framer; it does not mean that the painting arrives already stretched.

Your painting is individually created by hand using professional oil paints on quality canvas.

Once your order is placed, we carefully select an artist with the experience and skills best suited to the painting's style and techniques. The artist studies the original composition, colors, brushwork, and texture before beginning the drawing and underpainting.

The painting is then developed through layers of color, glazing, fine detail, and texture. Impasto or hand-applied gold leaf is added when it forms part of the original painting.

Your painting is checked at least five times while it is being created to ensure that its composition, proportions, colors, brushwork, and overall character remain faithful to the original. Once the painting is complete, it is allowed to dry naturally. We will then send you photographs for approval, giving you the opportunity to request any changes before it is shipped.

Craquelure is a specialist aging technique that creates a subtle pattern of fine cracks across the painted surface, recreating the appearance that develops naturally on historic oil paintings over time.

This optional finish is particularly suited to Renaissance, Baroque, Dutch Golden Age, and other Old Master paintings. It gives a new reproduction the surface character and sense of age often seen in the original artwork.

Your painting is shipped directly from our studio in Thailand. As customs regulations and charges vary between countries and may change without notice, we are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount you may be required to pay.

All our oil painting reproductions maintain the original proportions of the artwork.

If you select a smaller or larger size, the relationship between the width and height remains the same. We do not crop, stretch, or distort the original image to fit our standard canvas sizes.

If you require a custom size or need a painting to fit an existing frame, please contact us. We will discuss your requirements and explain the options available.

If the size you require is not available online, we can usually create the painting to your preferred dimensions.

Custom paintings and special commissions account for a significant part of our work.

Our professional artists can create a hand-painted oil painting from your photograph, combine elements from several images, or develop a personal composition based on your ideas and instructions.

Before accepting your commission, we will review the reference material and discuss your requirements. We will then confirm the composition, size and price before work begins.

Your painting will be assigned to an artist whose skills and experience are best suited to your commission. Once it is finished, we will send you photographs for approval, and you may request changes before shipping.

Varnishing is not essential, and the decision to varnish your painting is a matter of personal preference.

A suitable picture varnish can provide an additional protective layer, helping to protect the painted surface from dust and environmental dirt. It can also enrich the colors, increase their depth, and create a more uniform matte, satin, or gloss finish, depending on your preference.

Oil paint must be allowed to cure fully before a final varnish is applied. We recommend waiting at least six months after your painting has been completed, as applying varnish too soon may interfere with the natural curing of the oil paint.

As your painting is shipped rolled, any varnish should be applied only after it has been stretched locally and allowed to cure for the recommended period. A professional picture framer or art conservator can advise you on the most suitable finish and apply it safely.
