When Will I Receive My Oil Painting Reproduction?

Most hand-painted oil painting reproductions require a minimum of 21 days for production before shipment. 

The exact completion time depends on the size of the painting, the complexity of the artwork, the painting techniques required, and the natural drying time of the oil paint.

All paintings are created to order by professional artists after an order is placed. Because every artwork is available in multiple sizes and produced individually, we do not keep finished paintings in stock.

If you need your painting by a specific date, please contact us before ordering or include your deadline in the Notes section during checkout. We will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requirements whenever possible.

Once your order has been confirmed, an online Order Tracking profile will be created so you can monitor the progress of your painting. 

When your artwork is dispatched, your DHL or FedEx tracking number will be added to your tracking profile, allowing you to follow delivery while the shipment is in transit.

Wherever you are located, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is FREE.

When your painting is dry, it is taken off the stretcher bars and carefully rolled and packed in strong plastic tubing. This is the conventional method of transporting hand-painted oil on canvas art.

All of our paintings are shipped rolled, ready for local stretching and framing.  
As the art world becomes more global and artists ship their work overseas, rolling a canvas is now the preferred method of international transportation. 
Even oversized canvases and impasto paintings with heavy paint content can be shipped in this way.

We can provide a framing service through our recommended framers.

Last year, we shipped to 80 countries. Your painting will be dispatched via FedEx or DHL, with online tracking available.  Your painting will be shipped from our Studio in Thailand.

What is a Gallery or Museum Wrap painted border option?

A Gallery Wrap is a contemporary and inexpensive method of displaying your painting. It is particularly appropriate for modern décor and interiors.

All of our paintings are shipped rolled, ready for local stretching and/or framing.  A Gallery wrap painted border allows for extra painted canvas to be stretched over the sides of the wooden stretcher bars. 

Below is further information about the painted border options. However, we can offer a framing service by our recommended picture framers.

In the photos above you can see a visual of a painting which has been stretched with an Extended Gallery Wrap painted border option.

All of our paintings come with a 7.5cm (just under 3”) clean surplus canvas so the framer can achieve good leverage and easy stretching.

A Museum Wrap is achieved when the canvas also covers the wooden frame but the color of the border is Black, White, or a single color match border option.

When ordering your painting we offer 5 Gallery wrap options.

These are explained below:

 No Gallery Wrap

Your painting is completed with 7.5 cm (just under 3") of natural canvas.

• Select this option if you are going to have your painting framed.

White Gallery Wrap

Your painting is completed with 7.5cm (just under 3") of clean white canvas.

• Select this option if you require Gallery Wrap and want the sides of the stretcher bars to be covered with the white border.

Black Gallery Wrap

Your painting is completed with 7.5cm (just under 3") painted black border.

• Select this option if you require a Gallery Wrap and want the sides of the stretcher bars to be covered with the black border

Color Match Wrap

Your painting is completed with 7.5cm (just under 3") painted border which is taken from the predominant color content of the painting.

• Select this option if you require a Gallery Wrap and want the sides of the stretcher bars to be covered with the one color border.

Extended Wrap

This is our most frequently ordered Gallery Wrap option. Your painting is completed with 7.5cm (just under 3") of painted canvas, which is a continuation of the painting itself. It is this painted border that is then stretched over the sides of the stretcher bars.

Can You Tell Me How My Painting Is Created?

Creating a museum-quality oil painting reproduction involves far more than copying an image. 

Different artists worked in different ways, using their own brushwork, color relationships, textures, and methods of applying paint. All paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready for stretching and/or framing after delivery.

Shipping paintings rolled avoids the unnecessary high shipping costs associated with transporting large stretched or framed artworks. 
It also allows customers to choose a local framer and framing style that best suits their budget, décor, and personal preferences.
