How Can I Order My Painting?

We accept all major credit cards. All payments are processed real time via our secure server. This means that if you pay online we never see your credit card number and we receive only the information required for us to fulfill your order. There are two payment options.

  1. You can pay for your painting online by adding your painting to your shopping cart and then clicking the checkout button. This will direct you to our secure online Credit Card Processor. You will find ordering your painting quick and easy. However, if you do require assistance please contact us.
  2. If you prefer we can take your order over the telephone. We can be reached on the following numbers +1800 912 9265

Alternatively send us an email with your telephone number and we will call you to take your order.

How Can I Track My Order

We provide online tracking of all orders. This information is updated regularly by our administration team. As soon as your painting has been shipped it will display your airway bill number. To track your order please goto track order page and insert the email address you used when placing your order

When Will I Receive My Painting?

Most paintings are delivered with 14 days. However, the size of your painting and the technique employed dictates exactly how long it will take. If you require your painting urgently please email us at the time of placing your order and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Is Shipping Really Free?

Yes. Wherever you are in the world there are no extra shipping costs. The price you see for your painting is the price you pay. We have currently shipped to 47 countries.

How Will My Painting Be Shipped?

Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped in a strong plastic tube.

It will be delivered to you either by FedEx or DHL. Both companies offer online tracking of all consignments. As soon as your painting has been shipped your Personal Tracking Profile will display your airway bill number and it will direct you to the online tracking link.

What If My Painting Arrives Damaged?

All our paintings are carefully packaged and shipped to you in strong plastic tubing. If, in the unlikely event that it arrives at your door damaged, we will either replace it or refund you in full.

Do You Guarantee My Painting?

At Reproduction-Gallery we are so convinced that you will be happy with your painting that we offer a money back guarantee. We work on recommendation and believe that our reputation is our most important asset. If you are not happy then it is not good for our business it's as simple as that!

What Is Your Return Policy?

We work extremely hard to ensure that you will be pleased with your painting.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your standard catalogue painting, please contact us within 7 days of receipt detailing exactly why you are displeased. We require this information for administrative purposes only.

Upon receipt of your email you will be contacted and advised how to return your painting. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received.

As soon as we receive your return we will refund your credit card in full. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Special Commission paintings are not covered by our returns policy.

Will I Have To Pay Customs Duty?

In most countries hand-painted oil on canvas works of art do not attract Customs Duty. We pay shipping costs via FedEx or DHL expedited service but any import duty is the customers' responsibility.

How Is My Painting Packaged?

Your painting is shipped in a strong plastic tube to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Your painting will be carefully rolled so that all you have to do is take it to your local framer for stretching and/or framing.

We are often asked if the painting will crack if when the canvas is rolled. Oil on canvas is very durable. We have shipped thousands of paintings over the years and we can assure you that your painting will reach you in perfect condition.

The conventional method of transporting paintings is rolled and many Museums actually remove paintings from their frames before transporting them between locations.

Can You Frame My Painting?

We do offer a framing service. However, shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight. This means that shipping costs for framed paintings can be very expensive and we have generally found that our customers can achieve better prices by having their paintings stretched and/or framed locally. How Easy Is It To Get My Painting Stretched Or Framed?

Most reputable framers will be experienced in stretching and framing oil on canvas paintings. All of our paintings come with a large border so that stretching the painting is an easy task for your framer.

I Want A Gallery Wrap

A Gallery wrap is a very simple method of displaying your painting. It is particularly appropriate for most contemporary works of art. All of our paintings come with a wide clean border so that the canvas can be easily stretched.

If you would like this border painted as an extension of the painting, so that it is this painted border which extends over the stretcher bars please just let us know at the time of placing your order.

Is Your Sizing Proportionate To The Original Work Of Art?

All our sizes are proportionate to the original work of art.

Many other companies offer standard sizes for all of their paintings, irrespective of the ratios of the original painting. This means they will add to the original painting or crop it.

We do not believe this is what our customers want.

Our mission is to provide the discerning art lover with a painting which retains the spirit and integrity of the original painting. To our mind this must include sizing which retains the ratios of the original.

Can You Tell Me How My Painting Is Created?

Every painting starts life as a bare canvas. Your painting will be created entirely by hand by a professional artist using British Professional Quality Winsor and Newton Oils and Premium Grade Canvas.

Each painting is checked at least 5 times before it is dispatched.

The first inspection takes place when the canvas has been primed and the painting sketched out. At this stage we check to make sure that there are no flaws in the canvas and that the sketch is to scale.

The second inspection takes place when the first stage of applying paint to canvas commences. This stage provides the foundation for the finished painting.

The third inspection takes place when the outline of the structure of the painting is complete. At this stage scale and color are important and these areas are given particular attention.

The fourth stage is when the painting is complete. At this stage the texture, brushstroke and minute detail and special features of the original work of art are checked and if necessary changes are made until we are confident that the painting is ready to be dispatched to you.

Finally, when your painting is packed it is checked thoroughly again to ensure that it is clean and dry for shipping, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

We only use premium grade canvas and Professional Quality Winsor and Newton Oil paints.

Your painting will be prepared without interpretation and will capture the spirit and integrity of the original work of art.

Can I Order A Special Size Painting?

Yes. We offer six size options as standard. However, if you require a specific size please email us with the details and we will place it online for you.

We special in oversize canvases and can create paintings which are up to 9ft at the SMALLEST dimension.

I Cannot See The Painting I Want In Your Catalogue?

No problem, just email us and we will check whether we have a good reference source for the painting you require. We have an extensive archive of thousands of paintings and there is a good chance we will have a source for your painting and will be able to place it online for you.
